    Track Time

    Q. How do I buy an entry ticket?

    A. You can purchase an entry ticket in a
    number of ways:

    In advance:
    » Advance tickets sales now closed
    Tickets available on the day at £15.


    On the gate:
    Turn up and buy your ticket on the day.
    £15 per adult (cash only)

    Q. Can I bring my children?
    A. Yes, under 14's get in free with an adult.

    Q. Can I bring my pet?
    A. No – no animals of any kind are allowed
    at Donington Park.

    Q. What time does the show open?
    A. Gates open to the public at 9am on
    Saturday, 7th June.
     
    Q. Is there a cash point on site?
    A. No – there is no cash point at Donington.

    Trade & manufacturers' questions

    Q. How do I buy a trade space?

    A. You can download the booking form and
    send it with your preferred payment method
    (cheque or credit card) to the address on
    the form, or fax the form with your credit
    card details to 01225 822885, or contact
    Rob Last on 01225 442244 ext 2855.

    Q. When can I arrive?
    A. The earliest you can get in to start setting
    up in Paddock 1 will be 5.30pm on Friday,
    6th June, but we anticipate most traders will
    arrive from 7am on the day of the show.
    Manufacturers in Paddock 2 can start
    arriving at 2pm on Friday, 6th June, but
    there may be a short waiting time which will
    be kept to a minimum. There is no overnight
    camping inside Donington.

    Accommodation

    Q. Do you have a list of places to stay?

    A. You can get recommendations from the
    various tourist boards in the surrounding
    area by visiting their websites.

    Q. How do I book a track session?

    A. You can purchase track time in a
    number of ways:

    In advance:
    »
    Advance bookings are now closed
    Limited track time available on the day

    On the day:

    If there are any left, go to the track signing
    on office near race control. Please note that
    track sessions sold out quickly last year.

    Q. What do I need to participate on the track?
    A. A bike, protective clothing (full one-piece
    leathers or fully zipped two-piece leathers
    needed, no textiles or separates), boots,
    gloves and helmet, your licence (both parts)
    and attend a briefing to get a wristband.
     
    Q. Do I need a race licence?
    A. No, you will need a full, current UK or EU
    bike licence enabling you to ride the size
    and type of bike you want to ride on the
    track. Provisional licences will NOT be
    accepted, and scooters will not be allowed
    on the track.

    Q. Can I take a pillion with me?
    A. No, but we hope to be able to offer fast
    pillion rides with experienced, professional
    riders during the day.
     
    Q. What time should I arrive?
    A. You will need to attend a briefing usually
    one hour before your track session. Your
    briefing time will be detailed on the track
    pass issued to you, and is normally one
    hour before your track session. If you have
    more than one session, you only need to
    attend one briefing.
     
    Q. My licence is away at the DVLA/Police
    Station, can I bring a photocopy?
    A. No, you will need to bring the two original
    parts – the photo ID (to prove who you are)
    and the paper part (to show you’re not
    banned!).
     
    Remember: 
    No licence = No briefing = No wristband
    = No access to the track!

    Parking

    Q. Is there car parking available?
    A. Yes, there is a public car park available
    free of charge.

    Q. Is there disabled parking?
    A. Yes, disabled parking will be clearly
    marked and you can ask the marshals for
    assistance.
